Are you an energetic, dynamic individual passionate about people and growth? We are a fast-growing startup, on a mission to expand across Asia, Latin America, MENA, and Europe! We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Officer to join our team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping our future workforce and supporting global operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Our Talent Search: Take charge of the entire recruitment process! From posting jobs and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and reference checks, you’ll find the best talent to grow our global team.
  • Expatriate & Visa Management: Handle visa and work permit applications for our international employees. Work with government authorities to ensure compliance with immigration laws and a smooth process for our global hires.
  • Onboarding Rockstar: Be the first friendly face for our new hires, ensuring they have a seamless and welcoming transition into our team.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Ensure our team is paid on time and accurately while managing employee benefits like health insurance and more.
  • Employee Relations: Be a trusted go-to person for resolving conflicts, supporting employee well-being, and managing disciplinary processes.
  • Performance Management: Help guide our employees through goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans to keep our team motivated and growing.
  • Support for Growth: Provide HR-related training and development for both employees and managers. Plus, track HR metrics to help improve our processes.
  • Compliance & HR Policies: Stay up to date on employment laws and help create policies that keep us in compliance as we grow.
  • Office Management: Be a jack-of-all-trades, handling office tasks and administration when needed to keep our workspace running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (A Master’s is a plus!)
  • 2+ years of experience working across multiple HR functions.
  • Experience in a startup environment and comfort with setting up office operations from registration to ESD approval for expatriates.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Passion for diversity and inclusion and ability to coordinate with people from multiple cultures.
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as we grow and expand globally!
